What is your return policy?
Items purchased more than 3 months ago will not be taken in return.
Returns of standard items in unbroken packaging, may be granted depending on volume and with the approval of Swagelok Sweden (SVAFAB Stockholm Valve and Fitting AB).
Special-ordered items (marked Beställningsvara or Third Party Product on quotes and order confirmations) are customer-specific and cannot be cancelled or returned.
Order cancellation or postponement of shipment is only possible after written agreement with Swagelok Sweden (SVAFAB Stockholm Valve and Fitting AB).
A return fee of minimum 20% will be charged.
Can I buy Swagelok® products online?
